Boot lock badge removal

I've done a search and not reallt much info on to how to remove the silver S in the lock mechanism...

I'm guessing that i need to remove the lock completey and then some how seperate the S badge from the handle...

Has anyone done this or know how to do this?

Do you want to debadge the rear or remove/paint just the logo?

Looking to do this too.

Want to make the badges body coloured, not silver.

Have sprayed the front one without much of a problem. Getting the rear badge off is a different story.

Will have another look and let you know if I get anywhere....
