Boost pipe trouble

Right folk am looking for ideas and suggestions! bassically my pipe going from the intercooler to the inlet manifold keeps blowing off, due to poor cutting at measuring!

cheers for any help

Wondering if there's a pipe i can use or what i need to buy to make a custom one the blue t-piece has 63mm writin on it if this helps

yeah i used the exhaust clamp cos the hose clip just would not grip!

it wasnt be who did this i bought it like that!

well the kink in the oem pipe cant be good for flow anyway so id redo the whole thin personaly...

im not 100% sure how the piping runs from the t/b when you have the fmic but on the smic i used 2x 90 degree bends some alloy pipe and the t piece...

some people have used a 45 degree bend from the t/b aswell...

so will i just buy, a 63mm t-piece, 2 90 degree 63mm bends, and a aluminimum pipe to join them and various hose clips

would this be right?

ok all order them bits up, did you just use the hose clips of the forge website? or did you go for anything else?

also is it just a bit off alloy pipe your meant to use?

yea i just got some jubilie's from the forge site...

forge get there hoses from siliconhoses.com maybe a bit cheaper getting it from them direct although you get a 10% discount from forge if you tell them your a member on here if there still doing it...

have a little search could save a bit of cash...

Just ordered the silicone pipes and some alloy pipe! can't wait to get it all fitted up!
