I'm just about to fit my boost gauge and will be tapping into the plastic boost pipe. Quick question though...is the whole pipe in one piece, as it looks like it might seperate in the middle?

Looks a bit fiddly to get down behind the radiator to the clip at the other end.

Do you mean pipe 6 in the illustration ? According to ETKA it's one item.

Thats the one mate, just looks like there's a join halfway along. Need to remove it to drill for my boost gauge, just wanted some pointers especially on the lower connection as its tucked behind the radiator.

thanks for your reply btw :)

Dont remove it just undo pipe 7 which joins to the top part of pipe 6, push inside tissue or a rag, then drill onto the top of the pipe (dont drill the sides or anywhere else as the top is the thikest part of the pipe about 0.5cm thick this allows for a good tap which will hold) once drilled just pull the rag out and the excess will be caught by the rag, put pipe back on an done. hardest and most pain in the arse bit is feeding the pipe through the bonnet cable grommet and behind the dash panels.
