Boost Pipe Diagram + Pressure Sender

Hi all, as the title says im looking at two questions:

What size thread is the pressure sender on the 1.8t engine? (AYP).
I have a 10 bar VDO clock and could only find this place that sells the 10 bar sender http://www.etbinstruments.com/Sensors_ancillaries.htm. Says that its "⅛"NPTF Thread"???!!

Also im trying to get hold of a diagram showing all the boost pipes and their relative position etc through search i found one for the PD150 but not for my engine. Can anyone send me one or tell me of a program i can download that will give me that information?

Thanks so much!

if by pressure sender you mean map sensor its not a threaded sender, but bolted onto a boss.
anything direct off inlet manifold will get you pressure, eg fuel pressure regulator, and these are all small hose connections @3 to 4mm

10bar? what you exactly expecting to see :p

1.2bar when chipped up on a 10bar scale? 0.6 bar if not chipped?

My guess its oil pressure sender? My sender was 1/8npt and the thread on the oil filter houseing blanked off was M10x1 iirc.

This is for a 2001 6K16J6 Ibiza 1.820V Cupra 2P1 Ayp engine code. If this isn't correct, pm me and i'll try and do it via VID number instead, or if you know the exact Ibiza sales model number I can do it from that. Hope this helps.

Oh balls im such a tit, OIL pressure sender..!! So did you have to do anything Phil or was it straight in?

Using MSsnf, will be going into a mk1 golf so i wont really be looking for peak power as traction will just be a joke so more of a linear power or at least best i can haha!

Thanks so much for that diagram mate, looks like im missing a few tubes nothing that cant be fixed!

Yeah, as i said, 1/8NPT to M10x1 adaptor, i think i got it from merlin motorsport. If you look in the FAQ section and in the sticky that i done you'll fine a write up of gauges which will confirm the thread size.

Thanks Uncle!!

Will be using 8v 020 box, 02j was going to be one arse too many. Theres millions of points better about them but in the end, just want it done and im happy to change it in the future! Im making my own mount as the bloke on the cabbyvw forum is 4 weeks behind on them. Will be using a 16v clutch though, the extra 10mm of clutch might prove worthwhile :p
Still need that mk3 cupra throttle body, as i have one from a 33k engine. DBW.
