boost gauge vibrating?

like the old stylee speedo's used to on fiat uno's

It jitters when on full boost, 22/23psi. its an autometer ultralite gauge, does it sound like it could do damage? or just simply a duff gauge/pipe?

maybe its your head shaking when u hit boost nah i dont know i aint got a boost gauge yet, thats on my list of things to get

This has started happening for me too. Not at peak boost though, usually at low speed in 3rd or 4th at full throttle. As the boost is building the needle vibrates.

You just need to add a restrictor to the pipe running into the gauge to stop it happening.

is this like a smaller conector on the t pice so it is unrestricted for the original floow but only a little pressure goes to the gauge if so i have this sort of t pice on mine with an auto gauge boost gauge
