boost gauge join

not to sound stupid here or owt but if tried connecting my boost gauge to the pipes i thought were right but no luck has any one got ne pics of the pipe they joined into? :confused:

Here's mine, the clear pipe runs to the gauge...

Loads of places to t-piece into.

Two vac hoses on the under side of the inlet manifold on the left hand side. FPR. top of DV etc....

silly question, but you say your guage dont work, but when you threaded it through the bulkhead you didnt kink it by accident did you??? i know mine did going through, had to straighten it out just to be safe????

Just a thought...

I was under the impression that you get a more acurate reading from the brake servo, less chance of the needle vibrating too? :shrug:

the brake servo works on vac so you will get a reading of boost and vac from that line.
