Hey all,

I got my autometer gauge today and upon opening i was expecting to see a 3mm connection on the back for my silicon hose to plug onto, however i am confronted with 1/8th nylon pipe and some brass couplings..

Do i need to run this nylon pipe all the way to my T-piece or is there a way I can plumb the silicon hose directly onto the gauge itself? Or do i join the nylon to the 3mm by sticking it inside the 3mm and zip tying the hell out of it?

Cheers for reading.

You just plumb the nylon pipe into the silcon hose. Mine was a tight fit and isn't secured on by anything.

yeah you can thats how i've got mine, it doesn't read alot different as to when it's plumbed into the top of the DV, so the choice is yours.

I thought most of the split r people would have them on the green nipple as your not supposed to run anything else on the same line.

What kind of diference do you mean it makes by being there Cupra20?

i mean that it doesnt read that different (if at all) as in PSI/BAR on the gauge, well in my case it didn't.
