I have a 2003 1.8t toledo, engine code AUQ with the following mods, Chipped by Chipsuk, i have fitted 3" downpipe and de-cat, panel filter with cold feed, 710N valve and had a N75 race type i think F. I have also just got the car converted to LPG, the gas software uses the opening times from the injectots to know how much gas to put it. The problen is the Gas software thinks my injectors go to 100% duty cycle at approx 5k rpm, do you think this is possible? I have alwasys noticed that the car doesn't pull well at 5-6k even on petrol,I turned the boost down witha mbc and the car is slower but can rev alot harder up at the top end, but obivisloy is missing alot of boost low down, set to approx .7bar.

My injectors shouldn't have maxxed out, would a 4 bar FPR sort this out.

Cheers

could it be something to do with the LPG map's voltage/resistance ratio or setting? thinking they are flat out when they are not? not too up on LPG

also how have you altered the boost ? not just adjusted the opening the wastegate earlier ?

you need to confirm what duty cycle they are actually running at...
rough check is to log vagcom injector open time (in millisecones) and rpm, and from that you can calculate duty cycle.

I have seen several chipped cars report >100% duty cycle when logging. some folks over on vortex think I am dreamign this tho, but facts are me7 ecu does report injector open times which equate to >100% duty cycle.

I adjusted the boost down with a MBC, the car revs alot harder at the top end, I assume with the lower boost the engine car now gets all the fuel it needs.

I have access to vagcom, how do I work out the Duty cycle, any idea what blocks i need to measure.

I was thinking of fitting a 4Bar FPR, does my engine AUQ have a wide band lambda?? I was thinking it would then be able to adjust the fueling to so it running rich everywhere else.

Injectors too small!!

I spent a bit of time playing with the LPG setup, and my injectors are too small, they're going 100% at anything above 4.5K, so I think i need some 386cc ones fitted to a TT/LCR.

Anyone know where I could get a set?

Cheers
