Certainly have. Mine will have to be fixed properly at the service but I sprayed the mechanism with wd40 and at least I can open the bonnet now. I just have to pull the lever in car then lift bonnet up a bit and yank the lever (doesnt stick out as much as it should) in the grill and it opens.

Hope it works

If you can get your fingers under the bonnet, try jerking it up smartly to see if the handle will pop out. Failing that, pull the handle out with a pair of long-nosed pliers.

Hi and welcome, BTW

wd40 and small fingers is whats needed. Had trouble with mine. Remember if u get the handle to stick out to pull it up and out at the same time rather than straight towards u.
Good luck!!!

Its a relief isn't it when it opens. I ran out of screenwash and couldn't open the bonnet and then started to think what would I do if I broke down and couldn't open it :(

Since my WD40ing mines worked fine but I should ask your dealer next time your in for a service.
