bloody wires!

i need to get a feed to my speed sensor and i want to know if this can be picked up from inside the cabin or do i have to feed it through the bulkhead?

its in the stereo plug mate blue with white stripe if i remember correctly, type speed sensor cable in search , its been asked loads of times.
