Bloody rattle

for sum reason my cupra seems to have rattles coming from everywhere, i dont know if other people have the same problem?

anyway i have a really loud rattle coming from the left front wheels area, sounds quite tinny type sound and i cant find out waht it is? any1 got any ideas? or has any1 had a similar problem, when going down a bumpy road or dipping the cluth it makes the noise?

Its possibly the shims.

When my brake pads were very low they were rattling around in the calipers. Very annoying.

they shouldnt be low coz i have only had them on there for 400 miles! i spose it could be that they havent put them on right

thats the thing it doesnt rattle all the time, it does it when u pull away, dip the clutch to change gear and if the roads bumpy! i havent got a clue what it is. i thought it might have been the exhaust moving around but it wasnt that coz i checked that already.

I've had a similar clunking noise towards the rear left of the car, took it to the garage twice. 1st time they checked all the suspension components etc, wheel bearings etc etc which were perfect, and they suspected it could be the exhaust system so had new mount put on in middle. Then again today and turned out to be the exhaust (Milltek system) knocking on the axel, so had rubber mount there fixed all sorted now!
