Has anyone found them too bright, and that they pi5s off other drivers?

I tidied up my install today, by clipping the seating around the burner so it fit a lot more flush than before, and there isn't so much pressure on the clip holding it in. Whether it's because there's a little bit of moisture on the inside of the lense (minimal) or because they sit better, the light now seems higher than usual, blinding people. No idea why this is the case, I've stood infront of the car from a distance and they don't seem any different.

Just wondered if anyone else has experienced the odd anoyed driver in front, adjusting their mirror then putting their rear fogs on lol

Will be swapping back to original bulbs to make sure the lights weren't adjusting on the recent service. The adjuster switch inside the car is at its lowest setting btw.

i had em in my 1.4, never aligned properly by garage and they were fine. Got em on the Cupra, been aligned by a garage and always get flashed by oncoming traffic!

Problem is, they are set on the dash to a low point, I think the only option would be to manually adjust them as the garage does on MOT's if they're off.

I think I know the reason they're now so bright. Previously, the HID's sat pointing slightly up within the reflector cup (if that's what you call it) within the headlight. This meant that very little light actually reflected into the top of the lense and out. Now they're flush, it's much more effective. I've removed them and gone back to my Osrams this lunchtime, hope the garage didn't calibrate them with the HIDs at any point, soon find out. How annoying!
