Its fairly easy. You will need to pump the clutch pedal by hand 20 times. Open the bleed nipple and pump 5 times. You will have to lift the pedal back up again. Close the nipple. Pump another 10 times, then 5 times with the nipple open. Repeat this 4 times and you are done.

Its best to use a tube over the nipple or a 1 man brake bleed bottle.

Where is the nipple located? I need to try this coz my pedal drops quite often, wanna see if it makes the difference first.

My clutch does this!! It is so annoying, normally on cold mornings but also if on a long drive and sitting in fifth for ages it will drop!!!! Will bleed it tonight.

TTS - You tried this method before I take it? Just thought pumping with the nipple open would cause air to be sucked back into the system? Not doubting you would just like to know if you've done it before like this (sounds like you have)

Don't want to 'bleed' it and find i've got more air in my system than before!!

Never thought of doing it that way... seal a tube to a small funnel or similar type of container... pump and the air rises out and fuid is sucked back in.

I've always just bleed it normally, but was thinking of using an ez-bleed like system on it.

Lets the fluid out, but not back in. No need to use presure bleeder on the clutch.

You can do it by yourself, but its much quicker with 2;)
