I'm not too sure I like my headlights either, I personally wouldn't fit chrome angel eyes though. Thing is, standards are just too... standard...

And there's not many alternatives out there.

My car is getting some bodywork mods done over the winter (smoothing here and there, full respray) so I may get the bodyshop to play around custom making me some headlights. I like the F2 rally car ones.

Well I shouldn't judge till I've seen a set in the flesh, plus I'd be putting the std grille back on so would look more Std/OEM+ (I like subtle details), it all depends on how "Chrome" they are if there proper shiny then I'd be put off them to but as you say what are the alternatives?!?!?!?

Not an easy task, reckon maybe use a set on MK1-2 golf lights set into the STD housing could be a good start?!?!?
Those F2 lights looked the dogs, just got to find somewhere for indicators!
