Could somebody please give me the Part Number for the above item. I have the Part Number for a beige holder but not for a black one

I am sure that some model in the VAG Group should do a black one that would fit the LCR.

There isn't a black one, you need to make it yourself.
Get the beige one and paint it. I did this myself using bumper paint from Halfords. It doesn't need primer or much preparation and it gives it a really nice, slightly rough, finish. And as it's bumper paint it should be pretty tough too.
All I did was remove the chrome handle bit (pops out) spray the holder with a couple of good even coats and let it dry. Then get some very fine wet and dry sandpaper (the finest you can find) and under running water give it a good rub down until everything is smooth and even. Let it dry and repeat the process by giving it another couple of layers of paint, let it dry and rub it down very, very gently again just to remove any uneven patches.
When dry and when you're happy with the finish put the chrome bit back on. You can also use some fabric paint on the inside if, like me, you're a fussy sod
