who runs a BT conversion on Revo?

thoughts, comparisons i.e. against Jabba or CC map? how does the boost come in? how tweakable is the SPS?

Friend of mines GT28 runs a Revo BT file. From what I am told the map is smoother than the previous CC map but its horses for courses really I think. Its not been on the rollers since the change so dont know what power difference there is.

smoother, thats interesting, although depends on who created the file though I guess....

Reason I ask is I am looking into the BDMS BT kit and its mapped using Revo, so just looking for some opinions on BT kits using Revo settings

He likes it and by all accounts it goes very well. Like I said its horses for courses though. In a simple way a turbo does what its going to do aslong as the map gives it the fuel it needs and asks it to produce the boost it wants. A 'good' map is a 'good' map and a 'bad' one is a 'bad' one. The difference between two 'good' maps I think would be minimal if both are tailored to what you want.

Alex @ Backdraft runs revo on his 28rs Ibiza which pulled about 360bhp and made some nice times on 1/4 mile.

I'll be running it on mine as well this year.

Yes, I've got Revo Stage 3. Very controllable using the SPS3.

The main comment I'll make is that everyone (RR operators etc) who sees mine says that the fuelling is superbly mapped.

Jonah has the Backdraft kit, I know his is running on lower Revo settings than my eliminator.

I understand the limitation is only that it's written for 550 injectors.
