Big front brakes issues 1.9 tdi ARL

Good evening guys, I am new here (first post ) .
I install front brake calipers from 4 pots from cayenne (wich are rear brakes of that Porsche) .I use a disc size 323 thickness 28mm same one from cupra r with original brembo 4 pot .I already did some km on my brakes but the car doesn't what to brake good . The pedal is hard and they work good when are really hot . In the rear I am with stock 230mm x 9mm thickness ,this make think is it possible I mess with the balance of the brakes ( between front and back ) or there is something wrong. This evening I make more brake times from different speeds 180-100 km , 120-60 km and after that I stop and the rear brake discs were red and smoking .If someone here can give me advice how to fix that because I already invested in this brakes a they don't stop the car better .

Seems like either your rear calipers are binding or the front calipers aren't working right so the rears have to do all the work.

Get the back wheels in the air and spin them. Should freely move. If not they're binding and need rebuilding/replacing.

Balance wise, unless you have plenty of weight in the back the rears should be ok.

I had same setup

323mm 4 pot fronts and 232mm rears and it stopped on a sixpence

Everything is new in the rear ,and they spin without problem .Is it possible that I have air in the front brakes because it was my first time that I work with 4 pots . Also the brake pedal is very hard I need to use a lot pressure to brake normal when they are not warm .

Before installing the new thinks the car was braking.So I don't think is vacum leak .

Yeah, the problem is most likely with your front calipers, they aren't doing the job so the rears have to

The bleed nipple is on the top something tells me you make have to invert the caliper to bleed them sure i read that once upon a time

Another tip I don't see mentioned very often but is extremely valuable is to tap the calipers lightly with a heavy hammer when you're bleeding them, it dislodges any bubbles clinging to the insides so that they can float up and be bled out. I always do it and it always produces more bubbles coming out of the caliper. And before any smart alec has a go, I mean 'lightly', not going full Thor on them .

This is what I gonna do now ,but if is air in the system the symptoms are soft pedal brake I have the opposite, I have hard one .

Yea that's true they have two nipples left and right on every caliper ,but turning them upside-down and push the brake is not going to work very good .
