i aint got a trim removal tool and cant get hold of 1.
any ideas?

prise out the plastic surround around the chrome door lever
prise out the plastic pull handle
undo the 2 larger pozi head screws
unscrew the door pin
then carefully pull the door card off, better to start just under the speaker grill

use the screwdriver that comes with the car in the toolkit in the boot, oh wait i havent got mine
