Hi guys, in the not so distant future I plan on changing my exhaust & hopefully getting a better turbo, i'm completely new to the ibiza scene & turbo cars in general & the car was bought with the following mods:

K03S Turbo
Front Mount Intercooler
ECU with Jabbasport Chip & K03S Software
Braided Hoses
Dump Valve
Uprated Engine Mounts
3" Downpipe & 100 cell race cat
Jetex Exhaust System
Green Dynatwist Air Filter

what would be the best choice for a decent power increase but without TOO much cost.

What turbo would be the best choice for example? and what choices are there out there + what needs to doing etc..

As you've already got the k03s next the next step up will be a little more expensive..

Might be worth checking if you have a stage 1 map (do jabba do these ?) ? If so then maybe the stage 2 will be all thats required.. with those mods should make another 20-40bhp ;)

i'm pretty sure its a custom remap, it boosts to around 23psi...it was RR'd at 253bhp. Whats needed for an IHI?

and what about the ko4 or the garett turbos/gt28rs/gtrx??

your exhaust is fine (may need a new manifold depending on how much power you want to acheive), you could go k04 (jbs04 or similar) turbo to see around 270-300bhp and similar torque, or similar for GT2x or could go big like IHI or gt28rs - but your gonna be looking at quite a few quid for those conversions. theres loads of info on them on this forum, check out h17ochs thread for info..

Ok cheers bud I'll take a look, the exhaust needs replacing because the backbox isn't to my taste & its been badly fitted so when you go round corners at reasonable speed you can hear it rubbing on the bottom of the car
