best suspension kit for leon

hi there a, saving the pennys at the mo but my first point of call is to buy a suspension kit for my car. right im not after silly 90mm dropps as im not doing it for looks . i just want it to be abit lower round the bends as i like the occasionall b road blast . im after shocks and springs but not coilovers would ideally like to be able to adjust the dampning though .. any suggestions ? cheers i have a 54 reg leon fr ...

If your car has done few miles start with the wish bone bushes.
Try an uprated front ARB, S3 strutt brace and rear ARB, this will sort out the handling for you without fecking with the suspsenion

ive got Wietec and they are good.
its the same as KW but without stainless steel.
