Best Silicone Vac tubing and ID?

Where does everyone get their silicone tubing for vacuum pipes (for DV, FPR etc etc) and what internal diameter should I look for?

Also, what are the effects of using too big or too small an ID tube on these parts, does internal volume of these tubes affect boost pressure at all?

I've got some 5mm stuff, but doesn't sit tight on anything.

Where can I get some from any way?

I upsized to 4mm for my DV and get faster DV action afterwards. Was 3mm before hand.
