best kit for taking out bumper sratches and a dent

bloody hell, ive been away and parked my cupra at her indoors aunties house and bugger me i come back with a dent in the rear quarter panel and a chuffin scrape on the offside rear bumper!!

teach me for scrimping on airport parking eh

anyway, whats the best way or piece of kit to remove the dent and the bumper scratch

you can get them dent pullers looks like a plumbers gadet that sucks out the dent then use dent devils maybe to sort out scrathes

have a search this has been done before

what about this ding king i am hearing about on this forum?

the trouble is its a dent about the size of a tennis ball, no paint crack right on the rear quarter panel nexto the rear light cluster (wtf, i dont know how it got there!)

struggling o get to the inside panel.

help me its annoying the hell outta me now
