Battery running flat. I need to know exactly what the first fuse is

I am having a problem with my Seat Ibiza where the battery runs flat every night unless I take the first fuse out. What happens is that when the car is parked a whiring possibly electrical noise happens after 10 mins. The noise is coming from close to the rear right wheel. I have recently had a lambda sensor and the temperature control sensor replaced on the car so I would like to know if the first fuse marked:
1. Engine / Engine Electronics 15
connects to either of these. In which case I will take it back to the garage that I had these repairs done or if not I will take it to a SEAT specialist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Is it the same whirring you get when you first open the driver's door in a morning/when returning to the car ?

Sounds suspiciously like the fuel pump ... not sure how it could be affected by the work you've described though

Yes, the whirring does come back on when I put the fuse back in. I have also noticed that the screen for the aircon/radio comes on and is backlit when the whirring happens after I have left the car with the fuse in. That seems most unusual.
I have decided that as I come from an IT background I will apply some of my IT skills to this i.e. turn it off and turn it back on again. From what i have read on these forums, to do this I will need to disconnect the battery for 30 mins and then reconnect it. I will let you know if this makes a miniscle of difference.
