Ball fell out of CV joint.

iv fitted new coilovers to my car lovely not to bad to fit but now iv got a problem on the front passenger side the hub fell therefore the drive shart come out of hub end so i pulled the rubber seal(cv i think its called) back and went to push it back in when i noticed a little ball covered in grease sitting on my wishbone which had fallen out of hub area so i had a look and noticed more in side were the driveshaft goes in the hub so i looked at it and i saw were it looked like it came from so i popped it back in there then slotted the driveshaft back into hub put all back together and wheel back on went to try it and it seems fine in reverse but as soon as im in any foward gear it makes a really loud vibriting sound
could this be
A - wheel bearing
B - drive sharf
C - something else
im not a mechanic by any means but i like to give it a go any help is much appreciated

Id just change the hole CV joint..

I had bearing balls fall out engine side and just changed them all!

any one no thr price for a cv joint roughly

wat sort of price we looking for a passenger side drive shaft then and would this have the requirred cv joint on it? also would it then be a straight swap over
