Autobahn Turbo Intake Pipe

Anyone heard of these? Been offered one at a good price. Did a search on Google and one 1.8t owner in the US gave good performance results.

well it's going to be too short for a starters, as I thought the Idea of the TIP was to replace the restrictive metal part, as the Forge one is silicon all the way to the turbo

that TIP just looks like it replaces the standard rubber pipe, but then still needs another silicon pipe or metal connector going onto the end of it to reach the turbo

EDIT: could be done with a joining silicon hose....but then it depends on if that metal pipe fits or not

how much is it? if its a cheap price, no harm in trying
