As also posted in the MK3 section...

Just removed some incorrect flow codes with VAG COM (SAI and EVAP removed) and also noticed I had the following:

Address 08: Auto HVAC
Controller: 6K0 959 291
Component: AUTOCLIMA-220 X06.00
1 Fault Found:
65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
04-00 - Mechanical Malfunction

Has anyone seen this before? Seems to relate to the heater control module?

Just reading http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=187929 I wonder if it's related to the fact I'm running a race battery which was also recently disconnected as I also got

18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

Thats a fault on the air conditioning system mate, address 08 is the A/C control unit. just erase it and see if it returns.

hi, i have the exact same problem, sometimes the eml goes of and stays of for a few weeks, but then comes back on without me clearing any codes?? im just wondering what you did to resolve the problem?

I never got to the bottom of it, but have recently noticed my scroll function on the wiper stalk doesn't work anymore either, so it's always stuck on the external temp reading.

Not sure if it's related, silly Spanish electrics.
