Model Year 23/24 Auto assist main beam dip not working

For some reason the main beam Auto assist Dip has stopped working on my VZN equipped with Matrix headlights, the blue main beam warning light with the "A" is on and the lights will dip manually but on Auto assist if a car comes the other way my main beams do not dip automatically.

Anyone any idea what`s gone wrong the headlights were not exactly dirty nor the camera on the screen from what I could see.

Light switch on automatic position? Is light assist active on the radio when assisting system is activated?

Light switch is on Auto, what do you mean by light assist active on the radio?

Under the point Assistance Systems you can deactivate the systems in the radio or make settings. Otherwise there is an instruction manual
