Does anyone get bad interference on AM station with the Aura head unit?
Is there a way to stop it?

Have to disagree with that. On my last car (Fiat Stilo) I could listen to AM radio without any engine or other interferance. Usefull, if like me you're Dutch, and you want to listen to Dutch radio stations. Never been able to in any other cars. Strange one is that!

I have horrendous AM/MW interferance in my Cupra, I thought as many suggest here that perhaps it was just normal reception issues on AM, which at times it can be.

What's odd about my problem is the electric windows seem to create interfearance when used and worse still, the throttle!

So basically as I accelerate and open the windows it's basically unlistenable, when i stop in a queue of traffic it's ok!

Any ideas? :p

Not Sure, but inst there a booster in the Ariel system somewhere,

Might be improved if a capacitor was put in the 12v feed to smooth the power

I got fed up with it so changed my head unit, all ok apart from Talksport but can live without Alan Brazil going on.
