audi TT225 Faults

Evening all, Just scanned my mates TT 225 and it has came up with theses faults just wondering if anybody could shed some light on what the causes could be.

17695- Boost Pressure control valve (N249): Open circut
P1287 - 35-00--

17978 - engine Start blocked by immobilizer
P1570 - 35-10 - - - intermittent

00955 - key 1
09-10 - adaptation Limit surpassed - Intermittent


01134 - Alarm Horn (H12)
49-00 - no Communications

Im pretty sure that the 1st code proberly has something to do with the wiring to the N249 but i couldnt really find it in his engine as everything is so close together! He saying that sat in traffic the temperture gauge will go up to around the 110 mark. And also some times when he starts the car it will just die i guess this is the reason for fault 2. Ive searched for what the codes are but dont really know what should be replaced to cure the faults.

This is pretty clear. Check the N249 valve and related wiring with a multimeter.

17978 - engine Start blocked by immobilizer
P1570 - 35-10 - - - intermittent

Clear that. If there are no problems starting the car and this code doesn't come back on a regular basis, don't worry about it. If it comes back, see:

00955 - key 1
09-10 - adaptation Limit surpassed - Intermittent

Usually a result of a key not being used for a long time. Clear it.

01134 - Alarm Horn (H12)
49-00 - no Communications

Check related fuses and wiring.
