Hi,
1st post here to look for help with really mystical boost problem:
I have Audi TT225 quattro year model 2000. ECU number is 8L0 906 018 M. Revotechnik software was installed to my car 1 week ago. After SW installation car builds up boost really nicely with gears 1-2-3 but with gears 4-5-6 there is a huge boost drop at 3000 rpm from 1.4bar to 0.6 bar. This happends allways with big gears no matter if throttle is opened at 1000 rpm or 2500 rpm. Once it passes 3000 rpm boost drops to 0.6bar and builds up slowly and then its running OK again at 5000rpm. Look at attached boost pressure charts witch show boost on 3 and 5 gear. This behaviour happends same way EACH time 3000 rpm is passed on high gears with boost more than 0,7bar.
I have debuged the issue with following VAG-COM measurement block data log files. It seems to me that Revo software is asking for some reason less boost after 3000rpm on higher gears (look at boost data difference on logfile with 3 and 5 gear)

I have changed following parts to eliminate other possible faulting parts before this:
- N75 valve (installed new original= F-model)
- Motor temperature sensor (installed new green original model)
- Spark plugs (installed new originals)
- Air filter (installed new original)
These part changes have not affected the cars behaviour. There is no alarms in VAG-COM.
So what do you guys think about this? Is there a bug in Revo SW on higer gear boost charts or is some sensor sending false information to SW to make false boost peressure reguests at higher gears?
