At last...Tyres that protect

Dead chuffed, i'm getting my wheels repaired on Monday and to save it happening again i've had some Michelin Pilot Sport 225/40/18's fitted. Look look fantastic and as you'll see from the shots they protect so well. If there good enough for a Veyron...........

The Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD'3 (argubaly the best tyre) are like this too.

Handy for me, although my rims cant get much worse

I luckily didnt have to pay, but they were 140 fitted at Kwik - Fit in Redditch

Thanks for that - I priced the same ones at Costco last week - around 120 fitted! It was just out of curiosity thanks mate.

Moley, how are you getting on with your Pilot's, grip etc, I've just had 2 fitted on my company FR, they've gone on the rear for now so that I can scrub out the Pirelli's that are now on the front.

My Potenza RE050's seem to have a nice protective rim on them too

Just replaced both fronts P Zero Rossos - might just be me but look like they've beefed up the rim protectors. Will posts pics when I can

When there are granite outward facing kerb stones those rim protects dont work! .

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's for £160 fitted the pair, inc vat.

Much, much better than my previous Bridgestones on the FR.

Think GSD3's are getting scarce, the Asymmetrics are gradually replacing them in our sizes.
