Just got an Altea Sport DSG with the nice red coloured sports seats. I would like to try and source an armrest in the same colour. I have seen pics of them on here but having difficulty sourcing one. I don't have the AUX input so would need an older style one ideally. Any ideas where I can get one?

thanks

Rob

Hi robertb24,

just to give you at least some orientation, thou it's not the one requested:

=> http://www.woodcompany.com/seatpagealtea.htm

Besides that, there is the original 5P-armrest (partno: 5P0 061 000), where I doubt, that this one is realy meant to be comfortable for RDH (how to grab the handbrake?), as you might get from this picture:

Still, a nice collection of fitting pictures here

The armrest, that comes in red, is afaik only available for the Leon1P:

So the best way might even be: DIY and let a saddler fit a leather cover for you.

greets ... Klaus

I fitted the 5P0 061 000 armrest, a great improvement on my DSG car. Easy to fit and I recommend taking the factory armrest off and making the hole on a flat surface. Took about 20 mins in total.
