Cant say 100% but I trashed mine other week on ice and needed replacement fast. Local garage was able to source it within the day so must be a common part. I'd avoid the stealers who will rape you on labour charges.

Im going to be fitting myself because ive got some powerflex goodies to go on at the same time.
Yeah i slid into a kerb last night, very slowly and it has bent the wishbone a tiny bit, but im going to replace the pair as i dont think they are too expensive.
Should be like a new car by the time im done!
I think ive replaced almost every none major component and some of the major ones.

Oh well its christmas after all so im not goin to get stressed. haha

Thanks guys but if anyone knows 100% then let me know asap.

If it's not a Cupra/Cupra Tdi

6Q0 407 151L -#1 main metal suspension arm

not handed with no ball joint on it

03-05 ibiza/cordoba/vario
06-09 ibiza/cordoba/vario

05-09 Fox
02-05 Polo/Derby
05-08 Polo/Derby
09-09 Polo/Derby

i know the inner mounting frame bushes for the Cupra are solid but i couldn't tell you the differences on the arm itself
