Speaking to Simon at Woking AMD, and he said the LCR mounts are uprated from the factory, can anyone confirm this, is it worth going over toTHS mounts anyway?

Are th mounts uprated on an LCR?

They will be the same as all the 1.8T mounts i should imagine, seat wouldent go to the lengths of new mounts just for one car.
top mounts are reinforced over lc mounts.... not sure the engine mounts are.. plenty have uprated theres to ths, ina etc with good results
THe engine + gearbox mounts i imagine will be the same for the 180, 210 and 225bhp models, the dogbone maybe diffrent, but very much dbout it. Its manily the dogbone that keeps the engine stable.
yep i would say the tranny, engine and dogbone mount will all be the same spec.

I was speaking to him about a clutch swap, so I presume he was refering to engine/gearbox mounts????
