Does anyone have any other place where they have put their extra gauges?

I've seen someone has put an electronic one in the cup holder position, but apart from that....

Oh yes, and pictures please!

Ta!

Looked on Robdons site - those pics are gone!

I was thinking about putting one in the drivers airvent - either the fixed one (the window demister that is done by the manual vent), or visa-versa.

Just a single small pod - what do you lot reckon?

But I like the idea of being able to put one in the ashtray holder, so it drops down. Anyone done this before?

i have looked into this too, as i'm the one with it in the cup holder position... the space in the tray and the space above the tray doesnt allow any gauges to be put in really without real problems, and also the fact that the gauges are mounted so low its not really much point as you want to see them as your driving!

Theres not many spaces for gauges the DEFI BF are even harder to mount as they are 60mm and is tight to position anywhere.... 52mm are alot easier to squeeze into somewhere...

Petes one on the mirror position is best if you didnt want to have an A-pillar mount, i wouldnt advise a cup holder mount unless you have a spare dash and have alot of patience....

There was a good vent idea for gauges on ebay months ago where the vent was designed around the gauges... it was made for a VW golf vent on ebay... dont know if its still on there?
