fixing up a crash damaged car like that - is a cheap way of getting a nice motor...
However, personally I don't think a car is ever 100% after a big smash like that.....
...and when you come to selling it.. there will all ways be some sort of signs to indicate that the car has been in an accident or has had paint etc... and this will put people off.
mt m8 just bout a 206 xsi damaged off ebay in black, the owner bent the wing out a bit so you couldnt tell it needed jigging for when he took his pics, when he got it home it just popped back to the original place and you could see it was a mile out, in total the car finished he has 3.5k in it, cant remember reg, very crafty
Looking at it again I wonder if that's the result of having a strut brace...a relatively light side impact like that shoultn't twist the car that much.....
That is a ver easy repair, if you have the workshop and skill's i've repaired many cars over the years and while i agree that if you dont want to flash the cash you can tell a car has been repaired, but if your willing to spend a bit more then people will not tell.
Time that FR has been jigged and re paneled it will be as good as new and being unrecorded will make someone a cheap smoker that they will sell a year down the line and still lose no money.
a proper computer jig will sort it out.
as long as good panels are used and the spot welds are done properly.
this car could easily be sold to any one on the stealers forcourt coz its not recorded.
