Anyone tryed the springs/shocks on ebay

Saw serval set of springs / shocks on ebay for £139 + £50 fitting, gotta be worth a look

Hi there, If you are referring to the yellow shocks and the red springs from those German sellers, I bought a set for my Audi A4, They were about 160 quid posted. They have been excellent, they improved the handling and ride isnt too bad at all. Certainly cannot complain at that price.

yer thats them I reckon, there is a place in Newcastle sellin them for £139 and £50 fitting :)

I amagine they wont give as good a ride as some of the more expensive kits, but as I say, it is far from unbearable and at that price is well worth it.

£50 for fitting is also very reasonable. I cant comment on how hard it is to do yourself as I havent experienced working on my Toledo yet, but if you are not that way inclined then that its a decent price. Of you do go for a set, let us know, as id be interested how they are on the toledo as I might look at getting myself a set also.
