Anyone put stripes on their LCR?

Sort of a Focus ST style.....just wondered what is would look like. Cant seem to find any pictures.

Specifally i was thinking silver over platinum grey.

lol....I dont think im going to....was just intrigued to see what it looked like. The lines of the Seat probably wont suit it....the MK2 maybe....but not the MK1

Fords have stripes for added visibility. Its there so you cant miss them when they are broken down at the roadside lol

Done right i think it can really make the car ie a old school silver camaro SS on overhauling looked awesome. Subtle side stripes could work as it does for Porches etc but could also look a little ford chav style. Might be worth getting some virtual photoshopping done although now thinking about it the rub strips are quite low and it might look odd.

There is a member on here that bought an LCR with twin "Viper" stripes down the middle. Opinion was mixed, personally I didn't like it but others thought it made the car, each to their own though. Adam Cupra 20VT has a small, black, off centre (drivers side) stripe going over the length of the car (bumper, bonnet, roof, boot, bumper) which I think looks rather good. Have a look for his build up, there must be a pic in there.

thats very subtle. Wasnt sure how the straightness of the sticker would look against the angle of the bonnet lines. But that looks okay.

They are discreet and atually look quite cool.
Generally though id say dont do it

I've taken them off the tailgate and rear bumper as they looked a bit chavvy, looks much better with just the front, roof and spoiler done

just fancied something to break it up abit. Last owner debadged it. I think i may just get all the badges back on and see how i feel. Also deliberating between dark/silver wheels on the refurb this month. Had dark on my Red LCR and loved it

that blue one looks good, generally stripes are a no go IMO unless they are on from the factory!
