Anyone know this issue?

Hi, I've recently EGR deleted, downpiped and stage 1 tuned my 105 BLS 1.9 TDI
However now i have a probelm that accures every 300 km. It will begin to misfire and produce tons of blue smoke for about 10-15km. And suddenly returns to normal with no misfiring.
Anyone know my problem?
My own guess is a stuck valve lifter

You still have the dpf? Sounds like dpf regen.
I believe the egr and dpf work together somehow.
Maybe If the dpf is missing it still tries, depends what the pressure sensors are reading or if they have been mapped out properly

Isn't it a pointless exercise removing the EGR or DPF? A lot of effort /expense for little gain. I may be wrong. But I believe it is even illegal in the UK.

It is most definitely illegal in the UK to alter the emission equipment and whilst you can gain some economy and power it's not alot and you'd be hastening the death of polar bears and the like, also the grand kids will thank for it.

From what I have heard if you're paying for a remap anyway. You may as well just leave the EGR/DPF in place. Why do two things when you can achieve the same result with a slightly.
Which is better? An extra 10 bhp by removing EGR+remap. Or extra 10+ bhp by remap alone.
