By ID3 tags do you mean CD text if that is the case then yes, if you are using burnt CD's from your pc make sure that you click on the create CD text option on your burning software.

Well, no, by ID3 tags, I mean Track name, folder name, Artist name, Album etc.... not just CD name and Artist.

if you rip from the original through winmedia player then it automatically puts all id3tags on system. then use nero 6 or above and that will put the tags on the mp3 disc

Good info.... but I was meaning once the mp3 files were on a CD, and the tags were present, did that Stereo support them and display them..?

But I since found out that it does, even though it has no mention of it on the Pioneer website, but does for other stereo's.... strange
