yeah i have bought one, you have to take ur centre console out and cut a hole in it for the arm rest to go through, but it is well worth it i love mine its great, oh and minwe is meant for a golf

No instructions provided for that one, so make sure you do your homework before buying!

Also, to me, that just seems too cheap. I'd be surprised if it lasted a long time if you use open/close or adjust it a fair bit. I can't see how they can use the same quality components as the most expensive versions and still sell it for £20.

Looks no different to the 'el cheapo' mr rabbity one that i've had fitted to mine for ages now - and no, it hasn't broken / snapped / fallen apart.

With postage it works out at £50 so it isn't hat cheap, the same price as mr rabbity iirc. There's a guide for fitting these as well i think.
