Broke one of these cable holder while cleaning the plenum chamber under windshield, can't see the entire part number on it and I have trouble finding it on ETKA or anywhere on the internet.

Seems to start with (?)0 971 845 A

Did you serch in the right categories for the right car? 9 represents the electrical section and 71 is the subsection (looks like 71 includes a lot of harnesses). Then you need to dig deeper in all those subcategories.

How exactly do you look in subsection 71? I'm using a website 7zap and they just list a bunch of components and wires in "electrics" category.

Some sites like nemigaparts will also display the corresponding number to each categori and subcategory.
Looked around every 71 category, same stuff there as in 7zap, no signs of cable holder. Really strange, I also found a few 20 mm rubber body plug missing on the fire wall (inside beside the blower motor intake in the plenum chamber), no mention of it as well. Seems like vw like to leave out random stuff.

I got to know my local Seat dealership parts department by purchasing a few parts before laying down the challenge of finding undocumented plastic clips of various sorts.
They spent hours locating all but one, the clip that holds the vacuum pipe to the turbo intake pipe.
The whole lot was about £4.00. It's well worth getting to know the parts man.

The first block of letters/numbers is car and model, so it could be depending on this block a seat/vow/skoda or Audi so the letters/number you have could go into any of hundreds of cars, but try telling that to the parts department

Gave up a while ago, ended up using a zip-tie to hold connector, too much hassle otherwise.

I did mention all of that to my parts dealer, he couldn't figure out what part it was, I can't find anything at all about it online or on the available parts catalogue for my car.
