any tip how to install Seat Leon CUPRA R (5F) Original Lower Sport Grill Bumper Cover Set?!!!

hello frineds i have a 2020 Seat Leon cupra Carbon Edition. i recived today the
Seat Leon CUPRA R (5F) Original Lower Sport Grill Bumper Cover Set
how can i remove the original one with the fog light do i need to remove all the Front bumper or is there any tip to remove it without removing the front.

Depending on your bravery/strength/brute force level its either..

One sharp hard pull on the grill to get it out. Then 2 bolts to remove the fog.

Or take the whole bumper off to remove them off of the car. You can find a video on YouTube on how to remove the bumper, its a pre-facelift but the instructions are still accurate.
