also wich are the best to buy newspeed or eibach? and wich sizes?

AND were is the cheepes place to get them from?

Thanks

eibachs rub on the rear if f2stu is anything to go by .neuspeed is adjustable too.
rear takes about half an hour to an hour.the front is much more involved, and you will have to drop the front subframe, not at all easy on your own,and when things go wrong or break its can take alot longer,me and m0rk did my cordoba one in about 3 1/2 hours, things just went wrong :(
i'm going to pay someone to do the front on my tavia vrs,bad back and lying on my drive for hours doesn't mix well.

neuspeed sounds like the best to get then and get some one to fit it for me, i do have a car pit i can use to fit them, would that make it easyer or still best to get some else to fit them?

The front is the worse out the two, you need to lower & support the subframe just enough to get the bars in and out.

There is a danger of the steering column becoming detached if you let the frame drop too much - then you will be bolloxed.

i'd recomend neuspeed olly, youhave a choice of sizes and then when you have the one you want you can play with the stiffness they are golf ones but the y come with drop links so will go onto the ibiza no problem(rear)
not seen a front but i can only summise they are of as good quality.
i'm going the easier route.R32 front ,fits like a glove

if you have a pit jack you could do it on your own, could well be a whole lot easier that way,me and m0rk had mine up on axle stands with two jacks to lower the subframe, lay on our backs, pit or ramps may turn a mare into an easy job

do they make them for the MK3 cupra? i think they do but not 100%
maybe i should go for the neuspeed rear atleast then
technically no but given I have been running Neuspeeds for several years now there are some which fit fine.... just a small additional L shape bracket req'd for the rears thats all.

25mm front, 28mm rear on mine.
