After 2.5 years of Ibiza ownership I've decided to sell up :( and buy something rather different.

On Tuesday I collect an Aug 2007 BMW Z4 3.0Si Sport with 11000 miles :D. So it's back to being a petrolhead again, with 2 seats and non-turbo straight six performance. Although my Ibiza only had nominal milage, I've lost only around £3000 from new as a trade-in. Somebody will get a good car because it had no faults.

The garage dropped the price of the Beemer my £2000 so I got in quick.

I'll still be around the site because my son fancies an Ibiza as his next car. I've picked up plenty of tips. Never did round to getting it remapped ....

Thats a shame,
Can't say I'm keen on BMW's, I'm more of a VAG man myself.
However you can't really argue with a Naturally Aspirated 3L engine!
I wish you all the best and hope you have trouble free motoring in the future!

I haven't owned either a BMW or VW before so can't comment. Thought about a Golf R32, but the tax will shoot up shortly as the Labour government try to drive cars with high CO2 readings off the roads, regardless of usage.

Taking bits off the Ibiza - the pedal covers and bulbs at the front are the most difficult. Then it's back to exactly how if left the factory.
