Wonder if anyone could give some upto date accurate info, tried calling dealers but that was hard work and got nowhere.

Basically had this light come on, got it checked on diagnostics and it was caused by the o2 sensor but was reset and then they said they tested it and it was seen to be working fine.

It has came back on again, the car is running fine, recently serviced, coilpacks replaced recently and had the o2 sensor done about 7k ago.

Seems it's this again but apparently there are two of these, the garage told me to get the one before the cat.

Does anyone have the correct P/N for this so there is no messing with the parts dept other than getting the part.

Car is Leon 1.8T Cupra AUQ engine on a 54 plate.

Meant to ask too if its a common thing for these to go, are they affected by different exhuasts, car has blueflame (Cat back) , think read somewhere about spacers or is that only for de-cat

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, I asked the garage to do me a print out of what the problem was as they were closing and couldn't replace anyway as booked up.

They put 'fault found at Lambda sensor before cat'

Guessing that means pre cat?

Looking at invoices it had a sensor changed 8k ago, Part code 021 906 262B
