animation for smilies

popped over to another forum members house the otherday and noticed all his smilies moved or did somehting and mine dont is there a reason for this or is it just me, ive looked around on the site for animation on but cannot find it any help or advise would be great as these little fellows look great when animated

They are just simple animated gifs, should work in most web browsers.

Bear in mind only some are animated not all.

mine don't either and when I go on my website soem of teh front page stuff is missing. I've been told it is a problem with the instaltion of windows etc.
