The time Has nearly come to say bye bye to Ibiza ownership , If my Ibiza was a PD130,PD160 or 1.8 2OVT i wouldn't be selling her but i carn't put up much longer with 90-110bhp

So Today i did a deal to get rid of my Ibiza , on my 21st Birthday (30th December) i will be going to the local Seat Dealer to pick up this....

Good choice!! Bet that's costing a bit!

The 170's are quick! Spin up in 2nd etc etc. Fuel economy is terrible for a diesel, but nice cars! And very pokey for stock! :D

Theres a guy on TDIsport whos managed to get 230 odd BHP outta one with very little mods so looking forward to chasing them figures. Basically its just about exhaust and DPF Removal with these

Already got a 3 hour drive to Scotland on 31st to test it out aswell

Tell you what tho them 312mm (IIRC thats what its got) Brakes are Wicked , When i test drove The MK2 Leon Cupra , The even Bigger 34x odd brakes where far to much , Everytime i taped brakes came to a standstill

312's are good! :) Make a fair improvement over the standard setup....

I was going to say, the DPF's cause the most problems on those, and if I'm correct, I think they actually make fuel consumption worse???

But like you say, get the DPF off you're away! :D

Good choice on the Leon FR matey.
DPF desperately need removing for anything more then 210-220bhp. Standard car will average around 42-46mpg which is well over 50mpg with the DPF off :)
Don't know how the suspension will compare to your coilover setup but I find it's very tough on uneven roads :(
Apart from that, enjoy the ride!

Danny.

My Coilovers are bad tbh , If the road surface isnt completely smooth then it will shake you silly , Motorway driving is bad because you bounce up and down

I did notice that the suspension was quite hard on FR but its no where near as hard as mine , It didnt corner like a Go Kart like my Ibiza but tbh it still felt preety good

Im not gonna bother mapping her , Im just gonna save up for the DPF Off - Remap package from either AMD or JBS who ever is gonna do it cheaper

Get a BTCC spoiler on it, they look really good with just that addition without the rest of the blobby body kit. Theres a yellow FR in Sandbach with just the spoiler as an addition, looks great.
