an annoying whine

between 2 n 3000rpm every now n again theres a whine, aint sure if its from the front wheels or engine.

Car isnt losing power or anything and its not all the time.

Any ideas???

sounds silly but on some roads theres a noise but its my 2 front tyres, duno in your case like

i had 2 new tyres fitted 2 the front yesterday n its still there, just be good 2 no what it is. dont want any long term damage to come of it
