Amp Prices and Brands

Hi folks,

I was just wondering about the Amp prices here in Europe compared to the US. Okay, to be exact, compared to Switzerland.

I mean when I was living in the US, I bought a 4-channel, 1200Watt Legacy amp for a mere 100USD. It ran an 800Watt 10" Audiobahn sub (which I also paid like 200USD for) with no problems.

Here in Switzerland, a 4-channel amp with that power will easily cost me 500USD, and that Audiobahn sub will cost me about 350USD in Germany.

cheers mate. Ended up buying all my stuff in Switzerland anyways. Can't be bothered with import duties, warranties, etc...
